Best part is that it is literally just a few steps from the beach & we hope to make it even better in time. The space WOW - 2,000 square feet of space with 5 TVs in this condo PLUS we have a back up water tank and solar panels. In PR water and light company randomly perform maintenance an shut the water and light off without notice. Everyone has their own private space but also enough space to enjoy each other’s company. Please note: - This 2,000 square foot Penthouse condo is a walk-up with 3 floors & is located on the 3rd floor (2 flights up - no elevator). As I mentioned it’s a FIXER upper and we are in progress to making updates to the home to continously make better for our guests. We do not perform any contruction work while the property is occupied. - We now have hot water . Just be sure to turn knob to blue side to get hot water and turn to red side to get cold water - On ocassion light or water randomly gets turned off in Puerto Rico for maintenance the great thing about this unit is that we have a backup water tank and we also have solar panel for backup electricity. - We provide 1 bath tissue per bathroom and 2 kitchen garbage bags as a starter kit. Also body wash and shampoo provided in bathrooms. Guests are responsible to purchase their own toiletries and foods during their stay. - This beach has 2 sides to it - right side is for surfers and for calmer waters and appropriate for family and kids is the LEFT side of the Costa Azul beach. Once at the corner make a left and walk to end of dead-end street and enter there. While I provide beach chairs if you would like to rent umbrellas or lounge chairs you can do that here as well. - This location recommends you rent a vehicle to visit surrounding areas/other beaches such as Luquillo, restaurants and El Yunque Rainforest and other excursions in the area. - We pride ourselves on the home and making sure it meets all your expectations. We strive to receive a 5 star rating on ALL categories (cleanliness, accuracy, check-in, communication, value and location) with our guests so if there is something we can improve on to make sure we maintain a 5 star rating for your stay please give us the opportunity during your stay to make any necessary adjustments (if applicable). Also you will hear pigeons and birds in the early morning hours so if if you don’t like pigeons or birds this place is not for you. Category definitions: 1.
