Private and secluded with a kitchenette, parking, private lighted dock access, and deep-water boat slip. Fishing access right from the shore or dock. There are dogs located in the main house but can be separated by gate. Boat slip and Kayak's available for rent. The space The upstairs apartment has 1 bedroom and a small kitchenette located above the garage. The kitchen features a 2 burner electric stove, dorm sized fridge, coffee maker, and all cooking essentials. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a hallway with 3 huge closets. There is a small table with 2 chairs in the kitchen. Guest access The back yard is gated for the owners dogs, but there is access to a yard, BBQ, firepit, and huge private lighted dock for fishing, boating, or kayaking. There is a long private driveway with parking available. During your stay We like to give our guests space and privacy, but are on-site and available anytime. Other things to note Located right on the Kershaw creek which leads to Nuese River and Intercoastal. The property has a private lighted dock as well as access to a private boat launch and deep-water boat parking if needed.
