Private 2-Room Suite near Fabulous Palm Springs!

City of Cathedral City STVR Permit/License No. BLIC-000163-2021 Vacation in style in this beautiful, fully loaded, private 2-room suite my newly constructed home located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. This gorgeous suite has a bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bath, and comfortable "living" room with a layout that allows complete privacy, including separate entrance. The pool mountain views are truly spectacular. The space The suite is designed to give you as much privacy as you want. A separate french-door entrance opens into a front room that includes a 65" Smart HDTV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee (Keurig and french press), and a couch (that folds out into a queen size memory foam sleeper). Step through the full (tub & shower) ensuite bath into the bedroom outfitted with a king-size bed and another HDTV. You'll have full access to the patio during your stay. Spend all day by the pool with its stunning mountain view. Have breakfast at the covered patio table, and then spend the day lounging by the pool, which also features a baja shelf with umbrella. Later on, light the fire pit and watch the sunset, fire up the grill for dinner, and treat yourself to some jacuzzi time under the stars (and there are not telephones poles or electricity wires to spoil the view). The pool (including the jacuzzi) can be heated for an additional fee ($125/day); the jacuzzi alone ($45). These fee are billed separately and paid at check-in. Please inquire upon booking as it takes several days to heat up to the desired temp in the winter. The patio/pool area is a shared space that I sometimes use. You can access the patio by going through shared space in the house, or via a side gate. Pool maintenance visits twice a week, and the landscaper once a week, but they do not have inside access to the house. Please note: Cathedral City has a noise regulation disallowing outside music at any time, so make sure to bring your airpods and headphones. Guest access You will have access to the shared laundry and there is one parking spot available in the driveway. If you need extra parking, please park your car in front of my house on the same side of the street as per city code. The pool and backyard are private with a 6' wall all around. Please note: kitchen use in main part of the house is NOT included. The suite is equipped with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee makers. During your stay I have a home office and work most of the day, but my schedule is flexible and I can be available whenever needed. Other things to note 1. There is a 13% occupancy tax. 2. Fees for heating the pool and jacuzzi ($125/day) or jacuzzi alone ($45/day) are billed at check-in. 3. We are allowed a maximum of 4 guests and 2 cars per city regulations. 4. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. City regulations prohibit the use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 5. City noise regulations stipulate that no outdoor music, radios, musical instruments, or other devices that produces or reproduces sound is allowed to be used outdoors at any time of the day. If used indoors, such sound shall not be heard beyond the property line. 6. Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. * The aforementioned city regulations are outlined by the City of Cathedral City in CCMC 5.96. If your actions result in any citations or violations, you will be responsible for the fines (as much as $1000). * Guests agree to hold the owner/host harmless for any injury arising from their use of the premises.
