We have 2 very comfortable rooms for our guests, a main double room and an ADDITIONAL room in case there are more than two (02) guests. If two guests want the additional room because they want separate rooms, they must pay the additional amount per night for the additional room, and only the guests on the booking can stay inside the accommodation as it is for their exclusive use. The guest must specify the number of guests at the time of booking without exception, as it is only allowed for a maximum of 2 guests and one additional guest The guest has the check-in and check-out time specified at the time of booking. There are only two (02) bedrooms in the accommodation, one bedroom (01) with a queen-size bed and bathroom and another bedroom for an additional guest with a queen-size bed, which the guest must indicate if they want the additional room as it has an additional cost. The accommodation is for a maximum of three (03) guests. The green areas of the residential complex such as roads, elevators, stairs, and free parking are for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests.
