Enjoy a great stay at this centrally-located one bedroom apartment with balcony and fully equipped kitchen - just 10 minutes from the main train station. Great for business people and tourists alike. Public transportation tickets are provided! In a quiet residential neighbourhood, you can relax in the comfortable bed, enjoy the big smart TV, and sip your morning coffee on the little balcony. The great internet and cute mini workspace will enable you to get some work done. The space This 46m2 apartment (+ 2.85m2 balcony) on the first floor was furnished in February 2022. The windows allow for a lot of natural light, and you will find that every room has lights ajustable with a remote control. Kitchen: dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes, cutlery. Main bedroom: smart tv, wardrobe, mini work space with chair, 160x200cm bed, sockets by bedside table (incl. USB). Access to a small balcony facing the street. Living-room: smart tv with cable tv, sofa-bed, dining table for 4 persons. Corridor: cleaning cabinet, safe box, tall mirror, iron and ironing board. Bathroom : full bathroom with shower and hair drier. Bike parking available: for guests who bring their bikes. Summer months: ventilators available. Winter months: extra heating device for those who prefer to have it extra warm. Important: this apartment is on the first floor of a building with no elevator. Guest access → Apartment The entire apartment is at your disposal during your stay. → Laundry facilities A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available in the basement at no extra cost. Laundry detergent will be provided in the apartment. → Public transportation You’ll receive public transportation tickets for use within the city of Bern (“Bern Tickets”). This is the easiest and most convenient way to get around. Tram 9 runs directly from the main train station to the building. X Parking Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking space. Option 1: Blue zone street parking is available (free for 1 hour during the day, free overnight, and all day on Sundays). A 24-hour ticket costs CHF 16 and can be purchased at the tram stop ticket machine. Option 2: If you won’t need your car frequently during your stay, I may be able to offer a private parking space located two tram stops away. Please inquire about availability before booking.
