The space The location of the house is unique for someone who is interested to visit by foot the historical triangle of the city, taste the local cuisine, enjoy the outdoor cafes and bars located in pedestrian, visit galleries and the Museum of Modern Art, discover our folk music and dances (Dora Stratou Theater), reach the Herodium Theater where takes place the Athens Festival, go for climbing, jogging or walk along little forest paths on the hill of Muses (Filopappou Hill). Last but not least, Athens is known for its nightlife and the sub culture scene of bars and places to be that are off trip advisors. We will help you discover the city and show you places that only low locals hang out. All those are reachable in a walking distance of three to twenty minutes away. Needless to say, sitting on the shared (common) terrace and watching the view of the Acropolis, listening to the sound of Athens and enjoying a bottle of wine with your friends is a "must!" Guest access With respect to habits and living rhythm of the other residents (not much this time of year) you can have access to the shared terrace with its unique view and of course you will have full privacy in the apartment.. Other things to note Our Apartment includes the following: Two bedrooms the one with two comfortable beds (0,90X2m each) and full mirrored closet, air-condition and the other with a decorated iron bed, office air-condition and balcony to the back yard garden. Kitchen with Italian furnishings including: a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle Bathroom with glass shower and washing machine. Living rοom with three-seater sofa that becomes two beds, cd player - radio - hi fi stereo system, 32 inch TV, wi fi internet and air condition. Dining room that can accommodate up to 5 people. We offer coffee, sugar, tea, extra virgin olive oil of our own production, shower foam, shampoo, linen, towels, pillows, blankets. There is hot water from solar panels. Also we don't provide olive oil. We can also provide you with a safe and secure storage space for your luggage if needed via our business partners office at Koukaki, near Acropolis. There are two different locker sizes (medium and large) with the cost being 5 and 6 euros accordingly. The cost is per day and for more information feel free to reach out to us :) Lastly, check-ins are available between 14:00 and 23:00.
