Maximum 3-4 people 1 full size bed + Air mattress + Futon Microwave, teapot NO CookSupplies but pizza & coffee shop near Must Respect House rules!!! NO/Children/ Pets/Smoking/ Drinking/Weapons/Drugs/Firearms of any kind. All Medical & health conditions of ALL guests MUST be disclosed Prior to Booking. No holding/Leaving Items $80 LATE Check OUT FEE The space Brand New House right by Silver Lake, Mount Baker Resort, Blueberry picking, Hiking, River Rafting other fun summer activities. kitchen microwave, fridge, stove & toaster. We have take out and restaurant and pizza and Great coffee shop near by. Plenty of Parking. No wifi, we are near the mountains, enjoy nature instead. Full Size bed Available. No Couples No USe of Laundry, Shoes must be off, in Bed by 11pm, NO kids under 15, no smoking/alcohol/drugs/ no heavy cooking/ no bikes inside/ no holding stuff past checkout/ no odors LATE Checkout Fee is $100 if checking out Late. Guest access I will most likely be onsite to greet and welcome guests unless Im unable to, in that case iIwill let guests know and provide alternative options. Other things to note Plenty of parking space, secured and gated. Must take shoes off when entering home, no smoking or drinking of any kind inside home, welcome to smoke outside. No load music. No pets, children, bikes, heavy equipment, etc inside home All guest to be in bed by 1030pm
