Free safe street parking or minutes away from public transportation. An excellent home base to explore the city and beyond, then returning to a lovely and comfortable environment with private entrance. A beautiful historical conservatory, various ethnic restaurants, several grocery stores, and a coffee shop all within walking distance. The space Private entrance from the street. Walk through a working artist studio to your own suite with magical garden views and access through french doors.Walk into a cozy and warm open space; living room, antique and modern style, kitchenette There is no stove but a microwave, electric cookware, toaster, and coffee maker and dining area. Stained glass and original artwork everywhere. A reading library full of books to investigate while lounging and enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Choose between two queen size beds (one firm bamboo/one softer) in a tranquil bedroom. There is no privacy between beds. A small spa like bathroom with an enclosed glass air well housing a large plant give you an outdoors feeling while showering or soaking in the tub. Guest access Private locked street level entrance through garage (artist work space), through a stain glass door to garden walkway and locked apartment door. Come and go freely. Safe and secure. There is no access to the upper level living space where my grandson and I live other than the front door. Public transportation is right around the corner. Minutes to BART station. Safe street parking (usually in front of our house or on the block). Other things to note Our neighborhood is safe and quiet. Please respect our neighbors after 10 pm by keeping noises down.
