Adorable cottage with breathtaking views!!!

Unwind in this peaceful, rural cottage with beautiful views of the valley in the historic town of Lititz, PA. The cottage is located on the property of an 1860's Farmhouse with lots of character and charm. In the spring and summer enjoy the beautiful flower gardens on the property. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more! The space Our Summer Cottage is small and cozy. Perfect for 1-2 people. Bedroom is in the loft which requires you to climb spiral staircase. It has a double bed, dresser, closet space with hangers, mirror, extra sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows. The kitchen has a cooktop electric stove, mini fridge(no freezer) , microwave, toaster, pots and pans, spices, dishware, silverware, glasses. There is a small table with two chairs to enjoy your meals. No dishwasher, so you will need to handwash dishes. We also provide coffee, tea, bottled waters and snacks! The living room has a comfy sofa and single chair with movable coffee tables, a large smart tv which you can enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Disney. There are also board games in the TV cabinet. The Bathroom is small with a single sink/cabinet and mirror. There is a spacious shower with two seats and soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels/washcloths and a hairdryer for your convenience. Our outdoor covered porch space is lovely for a swing or sitting and enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the birds. We have a firepit(wood provided) that you may use at your request and plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy nature and relax. Other things to note The brick farmhouse is our residence that we live in with our children (ages 7-20) The cottage is located right beside it. Occasionally there will be kids playing in the yard, people using our outdoor patio space and our dog will be out running around sometimes as well. So, just to take this into account before booking. We give our guests as much space and privacy as possible. We want to honor that as best we can. It is a peaceful area but we live along a road that sometimes (morning/evening rush hour)is a little busier. ***Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind on our property and in the cottage. ***May not be suitable for people who have trouble climbing stairs. We have a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. Also, there are two steps up to the patio and two more steps to climb at the cottage to go in screen door to porch.
