La Jourelle is a comfortable house equipped for the needs of a family or group of six adults. So you can fully enjoy the Burgundian setting! If you like walking; head to Morvan, GR 13A, wooded paths... If you like wine; head to Vézelay, Chablis, Tonnerre, Auxerre or Côte d'Or... If you like cultural visits; head to Vézelay, Noyers, the surrounding castles... If you like to play; head to the games room: air-hockey, ping-pong, foosball! The space Hello, Thank you for your interest in our home, La Jourelle. You will read the listing description! Don't forget the paragraph on cleaning and linens... at the very end :-) Our house extends over two levels. On the ground floor are a kitchen and a dining area with an insert. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker and a dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob and range hood. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils are sufficient. In the dining area there is a table where cutlery can be set for 6 people. A high chair for baby is available as well as an armchair. Right next door, in the old barn, the space dedicated to games opens up: air hockey, foosball and ping pong table. Guaranteed fun! Upstairs, the hallway leads to the bathroom, separate toilet, living room and a first bedroom that can accommodate a baby. This bedroom has a large closet. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink and storage cabinet. The washing machine and changing and ironing tables are also in the bathroom. From the hallway, three steps give access to the living room and two bedrooms. The living room is composed of two large sofas (2 x 3 pers.), one large and three small coffee tables, a library (currently a few books) and a TV. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed (160 or 140) as well as a dresser and a nightstand. It should be noted that a barrier is placed at the top of the stairs to prevent a young child from falling. Let's not forget the outside... A closed courtyard offers a beautiful space of privacy and the lean-to roof gives the possibility to be covered from the sun, rain for a barbecue, for a board game, to chat, to read... Tables, chairs and deck chairs are at your disposal for a relaxing moment or a friendly moment. Cleaning is not systematically charged. We require a cleaning deposit of 90 euros upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you if the accommodation is left clean. Cleaning is done by a business, Les Prés Damoiseau concierge. Each bed is equipped with a duvet, pillows and a plaid (very cozy). Linens are not provided. We offer a linen pack for €20 per room, it includes linens and towels. Pets are allowed... We offer a 10% discount for two consecutive weeks of rentals. Please let us know if you need any further information. If you can bring a bike, you can pedal to get bread in Joux-la-ville (or on the canal...)
