The Moose Room is a cozy and very comfortable bedroom in our "country" home located right in the heart of the Upper Valley and close to all things New Hampshire and Vermont, be it attending an event at Dartmouth, enjoying the great outdoors, or receiving care at one of our excellent hospitals (we are just 7 from DHMC). Last-minute bookings are fine - we are always ready and look forward to being your home away from home! The space We take pride in being a cozy, clean, and comfortable home away from home for our guests! The bedroom is well-appointed: we get rave reviews for the comfort of the bed, sheets, and pillows... guests often comment that they slept better here than they do at home(!). If there is anything you need, don't hesitate to ask - we will do our best to help out. The living areas are shared and you are welcome to hang out in the sunroom, dining room, or other common areas during your stay. Guest access Make yourself right at home! The dining area has a variety of snacks and beverages available to guests. Enjoy beautiful views from the all-glass sunroom (also great for board games!). In the warmer months, we have outdoor furniture on our front patio. Ready to hit the trails? We're minutes from an array of fabulous hiking trails, but also have access to a trail system right in the backyard! During your stay We love being hosts, and as such, make an effort to connect with our guests while also giving them privacy and space. We are happy to get to help you sort out options for your stay (where to eat or what to do!) if you want it.
