We also offer simple, transparent pricing with no cleaning fee. Perfect for a relaxing Hudson Valley getaway. The space Our family has proudly owned this property for over 40 years. Built around 1865, the home has been part of Millerton's history for generations and is believed to have housed railroad workers during the expansion of the rail lines through the region. Today, those historic tracks have been transformed into the scenic Harlem Valley Rail Trail, just one of the many attractions that make Millerton such a special place to visit. The Studio is a fully renovated 400-square-foot guest suite attached to the main house, featuring its own private entrance and modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Guest access You’ll have full access to The Studio apartment which is attached to a 3 bedroom house that I reside in. You will have access to The Studio through a private entrance. Other things to note As part of our ongoing commitment to the property, we continue to make improvements to the exterior and landscaping during periods when the Studio is unoccupied. While you may notice occasional projects underway, they will not impact your stay or access to the Studio.
