Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching. The space Access the property from an outside stairs. Gas central heating and double glazing. Small table and 2 chairs at the window to enjoy that breathtaking view. Dressing table and plenty built in wardrobe space. Outside the property, the beach is a stone's throw away. Guest access You would have the property to yourselves. Other things to note 1 well behaved dog could be accomodated.
