Pitangueiras Beach in Guarujá

My apartment is wonderful. 100 meters from the sea, in the best spot of Pitangueiras and with beach service. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one is an en-suite). Two bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Two parking spaces. You have to see it to believe it. To tell you the truth, I'm really hesitant to rent it out, because everything was designed to be my second home. But life changes, plans change. Anyway, rent it and then tell me about it!
