Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. The space As can be seen in the pictures, the circus wagon is very individually furnished. During the expansion, we paid great attention to sustainability and used 90% used material, such as 120-year-old floorboards from a hayloft, or a 60-year-old workbench as a kitchenette. Of course, we only used untreated wood. Lamps and other objects were made by ourselves from found objects. Other building materials were bought as "leftovers" that would have been thrown away on construction sites because of the small quantities. It goes without saying that the mattresses are new. In the circus wagon there are two beds of 1.40 x 2.00 meters, a dining table with 4 chairs and a small kitchen with dishes, cutlery and glasses. Cooking pots, pans, a coffee maker and a kettle are also available. The bathroom is located in the house and is also used by the guests of the construction trailer, as on a campsite. Only your entire bedding or sleeping bags must be brought along. If this is not possible, there is the possibility to book this for 5 euros per person. The circus wagon is well insulated and equipped with heating, so it is a cozy holiday home even in the colder months. Other things to note Duvets and bed linen as well as towels must be brought along or can be booked for 5 euros per person. The bathroom is still used by another party, as on a campsite. Since January 2023, I have to charge 1.50 euros per day and overnight stay for the municipality for each guest aged 16 and over. For this, each guest receives a guest card. With this, public bus transport can be used free of charge and other admission tickets are also discounted. The fee must be paid on site.
