We have just renovated and put our love for comfort and coziness in it. Even if the apartment is not always available, there are a few weeks a year when we can rent it. You can expect an approx. 80 m² two-bedroom apartment with a dining kitchen, living room with balcony overlooking the greenery and a bedroom as well as the brand new bathroom with a rainfall shower. The apartment is ideal for families, business trips or small groups of four people. The space The heart of the apartment is the open kitchen with a spacious dining area for at least 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. Whether you want to have a quick coffee, breakfast or prepare a delicious dinner – you should find everything you need in the kitchen. The permanent sofa bed in the living room / bedroom II provides coziness and comfort – it can be converted into a double bed (150 x 200 cm). From here you can access the balcony overlooking the green, quiet and well-kept backyard. The huge double bed in the bedroom with comfortable mattresses and the external blinds on the window ensure peace and relaxation. The bathroom has just been refurbished, laid with high-quality Italian tiles for a touch of luxury and equipped with a rain shower.
