Guest access Parking is just located at the back of the building right by your unit door, the North side, or you may park up front on the South side. You can enter through the alleway or you may park up front. Do not park in parking lot to the East, that belongs to the apartment building, and you may be towed. Other things to note Farm fresh eggs available for $5/dozen, delivered to your door, just let us know! There is a lock box located outside the private entrance for easy access. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A WASHER AND DRYER.Guests just need to ask, and it is available at NO extra cost. The apartment does NOT have central AC, only a bedroom unit, besides providing a fan and closing the blinds. If central AC is a necessity for you, you might want to consider something else. Unit has UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET. Your unit is on the ground level. You may park in the back if you enter through the alley and you will be directly in front of your unit. Very easy access with a private entrance right next to your parking spot. Quiet Hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, but I cannot control other tenants. We do our best to abate noise, but please let us know if someone is breaking the quiet hours and we will do our best to quiet the situation. Be honest that the number of guests checking in matches the reservation, you can always update this prior to check-in. We know if guests are dishonest and it makes it awkward, so please be honest. We do charge per guest because it is more cleaning and laundry. We like to offer an affordable apartment for solo travelers as well. NO pets allowed. NO Smoking. We do offer on-site security cameras for our and your safety.
