The garage fits up to 2 cars and the driveway fits up to 3 cars. The front door is keyless entry. Other things to note HOUSE RULES • No Shoes worn inside the property. Indoor slippers are OK. • No Smoking of any kind inside the house • No Illegal substances allowed on the premise • No Parties (zero tolerance) • No Extra guest(s) at any time (reservation can be immediately canceled if more guests than stated in your reservation are observed) • No Moving/Rearranging of the furniture • No Unplugging of electronics (TVs, routers, cameras, etc.) • No Pets allowed • No Disrespecting/Disturbing neighbors • No Loud noise or music past 10:00 pm • No Food/Beverage in the bedrooms, except water Check-in time is 5:00 - 10:00 pm Check-out time is 10:00 am Please go through the HOUSE RULES and GUEST MANUAL with all your guests immediately upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge extra fees and/or immediately cancel your reservation if any of the above house rules are violated. Please make prior arrangements with the host if certain house rules need to be exempt. *There are cameras for 24/7 monitoring of the parameters of the property for security and safety purposes. It is also used to confirm guest check-in and check-out times. There are no cameras inside the home.
