Modern - Close to Beach - Bungalow

Hurricane Safe 😁 You will be in heaven when you experience the best sleep of your life on the King Tempur mattress. The room is large, accommodating a king size bed w/end tables on both sides, a massive wall-length dresser & a workspace w/table & chair. The room is connected to my home but is 100% separate! It has a separate entrance, bathroom & parking spot. The photos show you everything you get! ! 😊 I’m quiet between 11pm - 7am YOU however can be as loud as you want! The space Located in Upscale Jungle Prada area of West St. Pete 7 min - Madeira beach 5 min - Tyrone Mall area & grocery stores & movie theatre There is parking for 1 or 2 vehicles in driveway. The temperature is set to 70F. The AC control is in my side of the home HOWEVER I have a NEST thermostat so asking to warm up the room or cool it down is a simple text away as it allows me to change it from my cell anywhere I am in the world. There are extra blankets & sheets under the bed. The room has its own outside entrance & digital lock. Please be respectful of the electricity & laundry usage as rates for power & water are very high in Florida. The laundry room also has its own entrance which is accessible 24/7. There are also masks and beach chairs avalible. And don’t worry about noise - use the TV as loud as you would like. Black trash can by the laundry room is for trash. Blue is for the recycling. It is a quiet neighborhood but very close to the fun of Madera Beach or the downtown St Pete scene. Also check out Jungle Prada Tavern - 3 min drive or longer walk - a fabulous local bar with amazing pizza by the slice and a pretty pier to walk the pelicans and sunset. The NEW pier in Downtown St Pete is amazing! Guest access When looking at the house, the access to the room is past the wooden fence with a digital lock. To access the laundry room, when in the driveway, looking at the house, it’s to the left. During your stay I am available for questions in person (if home) or via text! Other things to note Park in my driveway!
