The Bungalow is in a perfect location within minutes of stores, restaurants, & activities. The Living room has a brand new 50" Smart TV. The Dining room seats six comfortably. The master bedroom has a brand new King bed, new 32" smart TV, USB charging ports, and has plenty of storage. The 2nd bedroom has a brand new queen bed, new 32" smart TV, USB ports, and plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom (kids' room) has two new twin size beds , tv, dresser and kids decor. The bath room was completely remodeled with stylish floor tile, tub/shower, new double vanity with marble top, all new fixtures. The kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, and has a dishwasher, clothes washer / dryer, large french door fridge, microwave, and gas oven. We provide ironing board, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, paper towels, coffee, tea, basic office supplies, etc. We offer a highchair and a pack-n-play crib. If you are needing the highchair and pack n play please advise us 24 hours prior to check-in. There is a park style BBQ in the backyard for your grilling pleasure. We have plenty of towels, extra bedding and pillows to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer a pet friendly home. Guest will have access to the entire house and yard (except garage). Self check in is easy with push button combo lock on the front door. Check in is any time after 3:00 p.m. and Check out is 11:OO a.m. If you have a special need to check in or out earlier or later than specified please let me know and we will try and accommodate your request. I am available by phone or text anytime to answer questions or assist. I am retired and live about 20 minutes away and can respond to the home if needed. I will respect your privacy and not bother you unless you need my assistance. The Village is a small, quiet, bedroom community, surrounded on all four sides by the city of Oklahoma City. Downtown OKC is approximately a 10 - 15 minute drive (depending on traffic). There are several restaurants, a Wal-Mart Neighborhood market, CVS, Walgreens, and a 7/11 within an easy walk of the home. The Village Bungalow is only 1.5 miles from the highway with easy access to downtown, the state fairgrounds, or the Turnpike. We provide bedding and towels as well as shampoo, body soap, detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, ironing board, iron, and etc. for your stay. We have a Pack-n-play crib and highchair available. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to check-in that you need the crib and highchair. We also provide several board games (cards, dice & etc) and some books for your use. We have a fairly comprehensive guide book which outlines, some of the shopping and dining in the area, places to get last minute essentials, and emergency services. We have numerous brochures and flyers too many of the attraction the area has to offer. For those of you with young children with a lot of energy, there is a nice retro styled playground with in a one minute drive of the Bungalow.
