The house is dog friendly. There is a $25 pet fee - per pet, per stay. Max of 2 dogs. The space The house includes a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom with queen bed, bedroom with twin or king bed, 1.5 baths. The twin bed in the smaller bedroom can be pulled out to be a king bed. The half bath is located upstairs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked storage rooms upstairs. Other things to note The home is on a busy road and near a hospital, so it’s common to hear emergency vehicles. The front yard has a lot of tree roots sticking up and might be hard for people with mobility issues to walk on.
