In order to confirm your reservation, please note the following mandatory requirements: Purpose of the trip: We only accept stays for long-term vacations or tourism. We do not accept stays due to work, study or temporary housing need. Habitual Residence: The guest must prove that they have a permanent and usual residence at another address (identification document or invoice for supplies will be required). Agreement: A seasonal lease will be signed prior to entry specifying the recreational nature of the stay.
