CAG Estates offers two private bedrooms located upstairs in this beautiful two story home. The two private bedrooms share an en-suite Jack & Jill bathroom. The home is also located in a secluded country area. Note: This is a shared space listing. You won't be booking the entire home. You may be sharing the home with other guests renting the other individual rooms. There is a separate listing for booking the entire home. *Note: Quiet hours are from 9p.m. -5a.m. The space These two large private rooms are located upstairs to the left in this safe & secured home. You will see the doors labeled #2 & #3. It shares an en-suite Jack & Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed & can sleep two people easily. There is an extra charge after 4 guests. Both rooms have televisions with satellite/cable. You will have full access to the spacious shared kitchen and an outdoor grill for your cooking needs. Guest access Guests will enter through the front door & their room door by use of a key pad. Shared access to the spacious kitchen, family room, dining room, back screen in patio, pool room, and the movie theater room. The laundry room is for long-term guests. Guests have access to a full-size refrigerator & freezer for food storage. Please remove your food when checking out. Guest will not have access to the other private rooms, bathrooms, garage, attic, kitchen pantry, & the closet behind the staircase. Note: There is quiet hours from 9p.m. -5a.m. During your stay Guests can reach me by phone, text, email & sometimes in person. Other things to note I ask that you don't smoke, drink, or eat in the room. Water is acceptable. You can smoke outside on the front porch or back patio.
