The space The property is a two-story townhome. The living room, kitchen, laundry closet, master bedroom, full bath, and hot tub are located on the first floor. The living room has a fireplace, TV equipped with a fire stick, two recliners and a sofa bed. Dining area has seating for four but there are additional folding chairs located in the closet in the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with electric appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a private full bath and two closets. The hot tub can be accessed through the sliding doors in the master bedroom or from sliders on the back porch. The second floor has a second bedroom, loft, and an additional full bath. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle underneath. There is also a walk-in closet for storage needs. The loft has a queen bed. Guests are allowed two parking spaces. Guest access Guests will be able to access all areas of the unit except any locked closets or cabinets. Other things to note The unit has Wi-Fi, TV, internet. Wi-Fi username and password will be sent once booking is confirmed. TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Guests will have to use their own login information to access apps on streaming devices or smart TV's. Two fire sticks are provided. Garbage should be placed in the ski closet located outside on the front porch. Ski closet must remain locked at all times. The property has electric heat as well as air conditioning units.
