Our Villa is located in the village of Przice above Kotor and offers 8 apartments. This comfortable 75m² one bedroom apartment is brand new and modern, spacious and sunny with amazing sea and mountain views, as well as a private jacuzzi on the terrace. The apartment is located on the roof top of the villa. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for couples, family or friends looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet rustic area, but at the same time only a ten-minute drive to the Old Town of Kotor. The apartment offers a beautiful view of our bay. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two more people, so it is possible for 4 people to stay in the apartment. The apartment is fully luxuriously furnished and some of the amenities include air conditioning and high-speed wireless internet, a dining table, and a terrace with outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy alongside the Jacuzzi and offering wonderful views. Fully equipped kitchen with stove,oven, fridge,as well as a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower,underfloor heating,dryer. In addition to these modern amenities, the apartment has a stylish and elegant design, making its interior a harmonious blend of modern comfort. Guests also have an infinity pool, offering endless views of the Gulf of Tivat. Our recommendation is to wait for the sunset and enjoy the unreal view. Other things to note We are in the best position in Montenegro, in a place that connects several of the most beautiful places and cities. So the Old Town of Kotor is 5km away, Tivat and the famous marina Porto Montenegro 10km, the old town of Budva 18km, Herceg Novi and the newly opened Porto Novi 40km, the road that will lead you to the beautiful Perast, Risan, Verige. Also, you can get to Herceg Novi through Tivat, and then the road will lead you to the ferry, which takes you to Kamenar. We are also on the famous road to Trojica, which throughout history has been the intersection of significant roads, a location of exceptional strategic importance for the defense of Kotor. Trojica is a place where car races are held every year. From Trojica, the road to Njegusi is 19 km, Lovcen National Park 17 km, Cetinje 36 km, the capital of Montenegro. If you want to escape the tropical heat, we also suggest a tour of Zabljak 170km, a city in the north of our country, which is known for the mountain Durmitor  and the Black Lake. Not far from Zabljak, there is the largest and deepest canyon in Europe, the Tara River Canyon. These are the places you need to visit when you come to Montenegro, and our places are the perfect starting point for that.
