Very peaceful, relaxing, family friendly home. Centrally located 10 minutes from ASU campus, and multiple keyless entry. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Enjoy the 65 inch mounted Smart TV with all your favorite streaming platforms. The backyard is beautiful with a large patio including a 6 person wooden table to enjoy meals outside. Washer and dryer available for long term guests. Please read house rules before booking. Thanks! The space 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer room. Living room. Big back yard. Guest access You'll have full access to the home and spacious backyard. Other things to note **We would love for you to bring your Dogs as we know they are family. We charge a one time fee during your stay per Dog. $70. for the first Dog and $35. per Dog after. Max 3 Dogs. If you’d like to bring a 4th Dog please reach out to us first.
