The Location: There is a beautiful 30 minute drive between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach, this home is located right in the middle of that route giving you easy access to any activities you'd like. The Home: You’ll find TVs in the living and primary suite, a designated working space, high quality linens and comforts throughout. Outside is a private yard with a covered deck, outdoor seating and yard games. While staying with us you're welcome to use our provided cooler, wagon, more! The space The Savannah Retreat comfortably sleeps 6 with room for 7 if you wish to get cozy. There are 3 bedrooms with large beds that sleep 2 (King, Queen, Queen). Additionally, there is a floor mattress (single), and portable crib as flexible sleeping options. As a family business we keep the home kid friendly. Your portable crib comes with a darkening shade so you can share a space without waking your littles. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher safe kid plates, utensils, and cups. There are blocks, cars, sand buckets to keep kids safe. The back deck was recently re-slatted to make sure it was safe for tiny bodies and mitigated fall risks. Guest access This home is all yours. Other things to note Security System: The home is run and automated through Vivint Smarthome Security. There are two exterior cameras at the front door and back door with views of the driveway and back porch, as well as alarms for the doors. The home will arm and disarm automatically when you lock/unlock the front door with your provided code. With all of the perks of the Savannah Retreat we also want to clue you in on some of the quirks: -The water pressure in the home is moderate. Please keep that in mind if a high pressure shower is important to you or if your schedule requires multiple guests to use the showers at once. -Welcome to the South with all our fun critters! Help us keep the creatures outside by keeping the doors closed. -Our home is surrounded by lagoons and ponds, they add beauty and flood safety but if you have children please monitor them closely.
