Description
This is a lovely cabin located on 3.5 acres and 20 yds from the lake. The views are spectacular. Henry's Lake is a trophy fishing lake and there is always something to watch, especially birds in the area. Our cabin is a 1960 Sears&Roebuck catalog home. The Centennial Mtn Range is across the lake. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Only 18 miles from West Yellowstone, it offers a great getaway for your stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Guests say our pictures do not do justice. The space The beds have quality linens and comforters. King bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom, there is a Queen bed and set of bunk beds. In the living room, the couch makes into a sofa bed. There are two televisions. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer are in the closet/pantry in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, bakeware, and pot and pans. You must wash your own dishes because we haven't connected the dishwasher due to environmental reasons. Be cautious as there are moose, deer, foxes, and occasionally a bear in the area. Do not place garbage bags outside as it will attract wild animals. There is a 44 gallon trash can in the garage to place full kitchen garbage bags. After guests depart, our cleaning crew will come in and thoroughly clean for the next guests. Guest access Entire cabin. Access instructions are sent approximately 2 weeks before your arrival. Other things to note This cabin is in the wilderness. It is located right next to Henry's Lake Fish Station operated by the State of Idaho Fish and Game. Henry's Lake is a fishing lake. They do not swim in Henry's Lake. For swimming and water recreation, visit Island Park Reservoir approximately 25 minutes west on Hwy 20.
