Pool Side Getaway, Walk/Bike Tampa River Walk

Experience Tampa from our little slice of Heaven right in the heart of Tampa Heights. This is a detached private Pool House in our backyard. At 264 sqft, It has a full Bath, Kitchen, and studio space with a Queen memory foam mattress, and work space / breakfast table. Enjoy the Pool and its tropical surroundings or just relax in a lounge chair. We are walking distance to Lee’s Pizza, Armature Works, River Walk, and much more... Included is a smart TV, WIFI, and Two Bicycles to go explore. The space Our Pool House is a converted part of a detached garage in our backyard. The Main House is where we live, which is a Historic Victorian style home built in 1903, and is a contributing structure to the Tampa Heights Historic District. The Pool House is your own private space. The pool and pool deck are common area with our family. Guest access There is ample street parking in front of our house and on the our street in general. Other things to note The Air Conditioner is a window AC unit. Like any window unit, they do emit some amount of white noise while running. There is a Dehumidifier in the room that we keep running to help keep the unit a little more comfortable, but you can turn it off if you feel the need. The Queen Bed is turned sideways to allow for more room. The sideways orientation is similar to a "Day Bed". The Bikes are kept outside the unit. Feel free to use them anytime. If the tires need air, there is a bike pump in the closet. There are also bike Helmets in the closet. If the light outside the room is too bright at night, there's a pull string on the socket, so you can turn it off.
