Private home with good parking and balconies

Located centrally in the capital region, just a short drive, bike ride, or public transit trip in all directions. A grocery store is only a few minutes' walk away, and there are several restaurants nearby. The house features two balconies, and the area offers trails for walking, running, or biking. These trails connect you throughout the greater Reykjavik area and beyond. The house is my home, so many typical daily items in the kitchen and bathroom are available for your use. The space The entry is on the ground floor, where you'll find a bedroom/study and the garage with the washing machine and dryer. Stairs lead to the second floor, which has the other two bedrooms, the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. There are two balconies: one facing north with a view of Mount Esja and downtown Reykjavik, and the other facing south. All bedrooms are spacious. The house is my home when in Iceland, so it has most of what you need for comfort and what you'd expect in a typical home. Bed sizes (such as queen, king, etc.) vary between countries. The beds in bedrooms 1 and 2 are 140x200 cm, approximately 55x79 inches. The sofa bed in the ground-floor room is 90x200cm (36x79inches) Guest access You will have access to the entire house and part of the garage to use the washing machine and cleaning supplies if needed.
