This farmhouse is newly renovated, featuring reclaimed antique furnishings salvaged from the property and our neighboring farm. It sits on 2 acres with plenty of open space, a modern gourmet kitchen, a claw foot soaking tub, and serene spaces to unwind and refresh. 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Portsmouth, 60 minutes to Boston, and 90 min to the mountains makes this beautiful and private home an ideal space to set up home base whole enjoying the beautiful New Hampshire seacoast. The space There are cozy spaces throughout the house to enjoy. The sunroom is welcoming and filled with plants and sunshine, a great spot for morning coffee. The living room is a great place to relax, watch tv, or listen to music, with comfortable seating. The dining room is spacious and seats 8. Spread out and play a game or linger over a fabulous meal. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and all the equipment you might need to prepare a delicious dinner. 3 bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds and comfortable seating (2 queens and a full with an additional fold out mattress). A sitting room upstairs where you can listen to records and flip through a book or utilize a simple office setup if your trip requires. A soaking tub upstairs. 2 acres of lawn with seating beneath the pine grove next to the house and a fire pit. Plenty of open space surrounding the house. The yard is not fenced in. The bedrooms are on the second floor and the original staircase has stairs that are somewhat steeper than today’s staircases. People with mobility issues may find them challenging. Guest access The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy. Feel free to tour the first floor of the barn, no little ones without supervision.
