Security cameras installed outdoors for safety. Fruitvale Oakland Oakland is a mixed down they mixed-demographic location. While Fruitvale Oakland May not be your white picket fence kind of neighborhood, I pi personally never had any issues walking around getting around in the area day or night. The neighborhood becomes alive when the sun comes out. If you enjoy living among urban mixed cultures and the convenience that you will enjoy this location.
