A perfectly peaceful place to stay and relax with your family or friends. Many tourists come to Baguio because of its cool and misty climate all year round. This 1BR unit is on the 2nd floor. It's a new vacation house located in a residential area. For your peace of mind, our building is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance. A Digital Door Lock is installed for security, personalized entry- simply input your unique access code upon check-in, and a Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The space We are DOT accredited and listed at Visita Baguio. It takes about 10 mins. by car to the city proper. This lovely 1BR unit can accommodate 4 guests and is fully equipped with daily essentials. Guests are allowed to cook their meals. A Digital Door Lock is installed and guests are allowed to input their unit access code upon check-in for their safety. We also serve affordable Filipino breakfast, [150 pesos /guest] for a minimum of 4 guests and payments will be made on the last day of your stay. Other things to note • Please note that this unit is not suitable for self-solation. • Guests with confirmed booking are only allowed to check-in. • Take off shoes at the entrance, indoor slippers will be provided for guests to use in the unit. • No illegal substances allowed on premises. • Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. • Pets are not allowed. • No noisy activities from 10 PM to 5 AM, strictly observe the “Silent Night Ordinance” when in Baguio City to avoid penalty. Violators will be given an initial verbal warning/order to tone down the noise but if the violation is deemed excessive, fines ranging from P1,000 to P5,000 will be imposed. • Kindly turn off lights and other electrical devices when you go out. • Only one car parking is allotted in the building. • Paid Parking off Premises 100 pesos/night (a few steps away from the building) • Take care of the furnishings, you have to pay for any damages made during your stay. • Flammables are NOT allowed to be stored inside the unit. • All utensils are to be cleaned up before checkout. • A laundry basket is provided for used towels. • Please "Do Not" dispose used tissues and other trash into the toilet bowls. • Upon check out please wait for 10 minutes, we will check the unit before you can leave.
