Private front garden and patio with private hot tub and bistro table. Chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher. Spacious open concept with farmhouse dining table. Nicely furnished living room with pull out queen bed couch. King size bed in bedroom with closet. Dedicated light-filled office with desk. Guest access Ample street parking (which is where we park as well). Access the property via side gate adjacent to main house (1019 61st St.). Follow path alongside main house past garage and through back yard to the separate and private back-house yard and entrance. Other things to note ***Quiet hours 9pm*** We have neighbors in close proximity, as well as our place. Please be respectful and be quiet after 9pm. Especially in the hot tub are! We have a dog that is weary of strangers, and has a big bark, don't be alarmed. She is never outside without us, but if you do see her, just ignore her completely. We also have a very friendly and social cat named Raisin who wanders the neighborhood.
