The property is fully equipped to high standards and forms part of an eye-catching modern converted classical Victorian building which is ideally located in the popular suburb Pieta on a short walking distance to the marina and a wide selection of amenities such as a pharmacy, groceries, snack-bars, convenience shops etc. and with easy access to Valletta and Sliema. The space The complex is well illuminated for safe access and has a lift and a staircase and a main door with lock. The apartment is fully equipped with items for your daily living needs such as wardrobes, hangers, iron, iron board etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, glasses, cups, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils and appliances such as a fridge/freezer combi, hob, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Upon arrival guests are provided with clean bed linen and towels, cleaning materials, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc. The apartment has mounted AC units for cooling and heating for the open space living, dining and kitchen area and each bedroom. All apertures are double-glazed and equipped with mosquito netting. The apartment also has a water pump installed for optimal water pressure. All appliances are electric except for the hob which is on gas. Bed dimensions are : Main bedroom 200x160 cm Single bedroom 200x90 cm Twin bedroom 2bed 200x90 cm The apartment is in the form of a hallway leading to, on one side, an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living area leading to a front balcony and on the other side of the hallway a bedroom with a single bed, a main bathroom, a master bedroom with ensuite facilities, another bedroom with 2 single beds with access to a back balcony and a separate room with a washing machine and tumble dryer leading to a back balcony. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout their stay. We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We can allow you to leave luggage while the cleaning staff is getting the apartment ready. As soon as the apartment we will send you the code for the keybox to check-in. We cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. As well as, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc. Other things to note Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers. The property will be stocked with: - 2 toilet rolls per toilet - 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes - 1 kitchen sponge - 1 kitchen sponge cloth - 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available) - 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle - 1 bottle of hand soap - 1 cleaning cloth Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee
