Nestled amongst gum trees and hidden from the street, our cosy 4 bedroom home is perfectly positioned within a short walk to both Bondi and Tamarama beaches. Built with timber and stone, its a welcoming quiet space for visitors to the area. Relax in the outdoor garden or gather in the open plan lounge/ dining areas Our secret garden house is conveniently positioned for an easy walk to the beach, cafes, shops Bondi Rd transport. You'll have access to TV WiFi Netflix Washing Machine Dishwasher etc The space Positioned half way between Bondi and Tamarama beaches, this 4 bedroom hidden treasure is a few minutes walk to either, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle of the beach scene. A fairy light canopy guides you into a secluded garden set below a canopy of large established trees. The house is set over 3 levels – living and one bedroom on the ground level, two bedrooms above with a large loft space beyond that containing a queen bed. The loft has an open void to the floor below, yet is very private. Three rooms have Queen beds and the 4th has a double - all very comfortable and well appointed with linen, You'll have ample storage for your holiday wardrobe. There's a bathroom on the ground and first floor. The combined living and modern kitchen area is an open space leading out to the garden area through timber and glass sliding doors. Sensitive to environmental impact, the owner has designed the home with natural air flow ventilation, recycled timbers, rain water storage and the like. The home is not hermetically sealed like so much modern architecture so expect the occasional gecko to say hi. We do consider allowing pets on case by case basis.. Bondi is not always car friendly – and we do not have a car space for you. Our preferred forms of transport are walking and using the excellent bus service up and down Bondi Road. There is a local ‘GoGet’ car share service with several pods very close and of course Uber etc Speaking of walking … if you love nature and Bondi is full of it … we are moments from the famous Bondi to Bronte cliff walk which showcases one of the world’s great sea and rockscapes. Try it at different times of the day – it really is quite extraordinary. There are so many wonderful walks and vistas around Bondi and the Eastern Suburbs we hope you have time to enjoy a good many during your stay. Just ask and we will happily direct you to our favourites. Other things to note Safety: A fire blanket is on top of the fridge and a fire extinguisher next to the fridge. Other We are located down a path at the quiet rear away from street noise. One of our neighbours is developing but we have not noted any significant noise to date, as it has been at the front of their property at the street.
