Note that there is a one-time mandatory building resort fee of $51.50 . This is a one-time only fee paid at the lobby at your time of check-in. This will provide you with security wristbands, a parking pass for our parking spot in the garage, as well as access to the building’s gym and pool. The building has a late check-in fee policy. An extra $50 must be paid by anyone who checks in after 10:00 pm OR pay $15 for valet and check-in the next day (full access to the apartment same day). Other things to note Late Check Out Check-Out Time: The check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Late Check-Out Fee: Guests are required to vacate the premises by 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $150 will be charged to guests staying beyond the check-out time plus $20 per hour after the first hour late. Notification: Guests must notify the host at least 16 hours in advance if they anticipate needing a late check-out and seek approval.
