The Grey House

The apartment is in the city of Playa del Carmen, 15 minutes from 5th Avenue. The residential complex has a swimming pool and common areas, to which you have access. It is a quiet and peaceful place. It is fully equipped for your comfort, with all the necessary elements as if you were at home. It has private parking, ideal for groups of 5 people. The space FEATURES: • Rest area: the apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed and the second with two beds, one double and one single, these share a full bathroom and each has its space to be able to organize your clothes. • Work area: The apartment has a high-speed WiFi network. • Climate: air conditioning and fans for each of the spaces (bedrooms, living room and dining room). • Dining table for 5 people, Smart TV with Netflix. • Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, 5-burner grill, water dispenser and cooking utensils. SECURITY AND PRIVACY: Your safety is our priority, so: • We have installed a gas leak detector, which will alert you if this happens. • The area has an electrified perimeter fence and 24/7 security. • The apartment has a camera outside the entrance. There are NO cameras inside. Guest access Access to the residential complex is through my authorization at the reception. It is important to send me your identification so that I can request your access by mail. Once this is done, the security guards will be able to give you free access to the residential complex. Upon arrival at the apartment you will find a key box which you must request the key to access.
