The Villa at St. James Place "F", creates a one-of-a-kind experience for guests desiring a unique, luxury and relaxing experience. Combining the Mediterranean elements of the property with modern, upscale finishes, The Villa is unparalleled in its design and furnishings and unlike any other space. The space MAIN LIVING AREA Put your feet up and unwind in the open and super comfortable living room. Relax on the sofa, watch a DVD movie or your favorite Netflix series, dive into a good book/local guide or engage in a board game or Jenga. Find your own quiet space (and place). KITCHEN & DINING Make up your own tasty treats in the full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and toaster. Cookware, plates, cups, glasses, Pots, pans and cooking utensils/silverware are provided. A table in the dining area seats four. Outdoor seating is available to take in the ambiance of St. James Place and enjoy a great cup of joe or your favorite cocktail. BBQ grill and gas tank is provided however propane gas is not, gas refill is one block away at Publix for a cost of $25 BEDROOM & BATH The Villa sleeps four with one open and airy bedroom with a Queen-size bed (You may just have the BEST SLEEP of Your Life Here) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillows and linens provided). The main full bathroom is equipped with a deep-soaking tub and shower combination. A half bath on the main floor is great for guests. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and are included. OUTDOOR AREAS Take in the fresh air, nature and seclusion with plenty of well-appointed green spaces around your personal retreat. The giant patio area includes access to the large pool AND...you are treated to outdoor lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing . Exploring around the grounds you’ll find a well-maintained property. PARKING Parking spaces are off-street and you are allowed up to one vehicle. If additional parking is needed this needs to be arranged with the host prior to check in. We prefer the motto: "Mi Casa Es Su Casa" Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and will share the outdoor amenities. (pool, pool table, grill) Other things to note While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure. Propane tanks for the grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.
