Recently restored two-room apartment, perfect for 2 people, cosy and with modern and minimalist furniture. On the ground floor of a typical 19th century Venetian building, with its own entrance and spacious private courtyard, it is located near the Sant'Alvise vaporetto stop, from which you can reach the world-famous lagoon islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello in just a few minutes. The neighbourhood is known for the typical taverns along the Fondamente della Sensa, Ormesini and Misericordia. The space The flat is located in the Cannaregio district, a quiet and residential area, close to the historic Ghetto of Venice, the area is home to numerous churches with frescoes by famous Venetian artists. It is located on the ground floor of a small period building dating back to the 19th century, recently renovated. PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months, a bulkhead of about 50 cm is installed at the entrance to protect against high water. The bulkhead is not removable and must be climbed over to access the flat. The flat is composed of: Bedroom 1: double bedroom equipped with a standard double bed, bedside tables, air conditioning and with en suite bathroom. Living room: with sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette. Kitchenette: equipped with fridge, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle and cooking utensils. Bathroom located in the bedroom: not windowed, with shower cubicle and bidet, hairdryer. Private courtyard: spacious inner courtyard for exclusive use furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella. (It is a typical Venetian courtyard with other apartment blocks surrounding it.) Extra services: WIFI, air conditioning (2 splits), independent heating Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note Please note that: - You will be asked to provide identity documents of all guests staying, in order to register them with the local authorities, as required by Italian law. - Please note that we always need to know your arrival time in advance to organise a smooth check-in. - The standard mode of check-in is self check-in, so we will provide you with all necessary information prior to your check-in. In-person check-ins are only available if previously arranged with our team and, in the case of late arrival, the following additional charges apply from 20:00 to 22:00 >> 40 € from 22:00 to 24:00 >> 60 € Important note: In case of late check-in in self check-in mode, there is no surcharge. - The city tax due to the City of Venice is not included in the price paid upon confirmation of your reservation, we will send you a payment request via Airbnb Resolution Center to settle the amount due. The tax is €4 per person per day and applies for the first 5 days of your stay. Children 0-9 years old are exempt, children 10-16 years old have a 50% reduction on the tax.
