Quaint, comfy colonial 2 story home in a quiet neighborhood. Half mile from lake Erie, one mile from SUNY Fredonia. Perfect for parents visiting students at the college, attending class reunions, or touring the wine trails. 69 miles from Niagra falls for a fun day trip. The house is a 1925 2 story colonial, has no aircondioning, or wheelchair access. Thank you for staying Laurie Taylor Other things to note As much as I love dogs, I do not allow them to stay. Previous owners of the home had dogs and they did a lot of damage. l have a small dog and he has been in this home, but that was before I started renovating. That was more than 4 years ago. I still have plenty of projects to finish with the house, so please excuse some unfinished details. Thank you
