Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home with a large backyard—perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Bedroom 1: King bed and a cot, ideal for families with young children. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4: Each features a cozy queen bed. Designed to feel like your home away from home, the house is equipped with all essential amenities, including split-system air conditioning in each bedroom for your comfort. The space You will love this place, as it feels just like staying in your own home. This house offers a huge backyard with outdoor seating arrangements and a kids’ playground. Inside, you can use the entire kitchen, with essential spices provided so you can cook your meals if desired. Appliances, frying pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery are available for your convenience. There are two bathrooms: one en-suite with Bedroom 1 and another separate. You will also be provided with all other essential amenities. All four bedrooms and the living area have brand-new split systems for heating and cooling. Please be advised that this place is not suitable for parties or pets. Smoking is also prohibited on the premises. Before booking, please provide the names of all guests and the reason for your visit. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Cheers :) Guest access Guests will have access to two driveway parking spaces, as well as plenty of street parking nearby. Entry to the house is through the main front door, equipped with a secure digital key lock. The access code will be shared with you prior to check-in for a smooth arrival experience. Please note, the garage is not accessible as it is currently used for storage. Other things to note Our home offers a kid-friendly environment with a playground in the spacious backyard for children to enjoy. Bedroom 4 is stocked with toys for your little ones, and there’s an outdoor lounge area featuring a large egg chair—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. You can also pick and enjoy fresh vegetables from our garden. While we thoroughly clean the playground toys regularly, birds frequently visit the area and may leave droppings on the surface. This is beyond our control, and we kindly ask guests to maintain cleanliness as needed during their stay.
