The space You'll enter through the glass panel front door into a light, bright and open concept living room with a leather sectional, large TV and cozy decor. Each bedroom has 100% cotton sheets and a seating area, the king bed bedroom has a desk and lamp for remote work. Bathroom is newly remodeled with modern tile and rain shower head. Private fenced side patio is surrounded by greenery and bistro string lights on an easily controlled timer for evening enjoyment. Lovely Green Space nature trails just beyond the back fence are perfect for a morning run or sunset stroll. My favorite part is the benches allowing for viewing of a gorgeous sunrise with coffee or sunset with a Colorado brew over the numerous ponds. PARENTS: We have added a pack n' play (with sheets) and attachable baby bassinet, play mat, toys, books, kids dishes and cups, baby bath and a high chair with tray. Please note that the house is made up of two private units. Airbnb guests will have full access to the front of the house and the private side yard while the lower apartment (with long term tenants) uses the back of the house and separate private driveway through the alleyway. There shouldn't be any reason to run into each other. Guest access Parking: Guests have access to all of the free street parking located in front of the property. Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the fresh air in our front yard and fully fenced side yard, perfect for a morning coffee or an evening unwind with high quality Adirondack chairs. These two spaces are exclusively for our guests, providing a private and relaxing atmosphere. The back driveway is kept private for the lower unit tenants. Respectful Boundaries: Please note that the back of the property belongs to the lower apartment and it’s off-limits to our guests. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting their privacy. Other things to note Please note our house rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay: No Strong Scents or Artificial Deodorizers: We are scent sensitive and strive to provide a house that uses more natural products. We use unscented natural detergents for the sheets. No Parties: We kindly request that you refrain from hosting parties or gatherings during your stay. Our space is designed for a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. No Shoes Indoors: To maintain cleanliness and also quiet for the lower unit, we ask that you remove your shoes upon entering. A convenient shoe tray is provided at the front door. Stairway Access: The stairway inside the house leads to the lower rental unit doors. For security and privacy, both doors are securely locked from each side (two locks on each door) so you have control of a hotel room style lock on the airbnb side of each door. Quiet Hours: To respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and the rental unit below, quiet hours begin at 10pm. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum during this time.
