The space Located on a large corner lot, our desert home offers sweeping mountain views from the front and back yards, large swaying palms, beautiful landscaping and lighting, all smack dab in the middle of the best La Quinta and Palm Desert have to offer. The entire backyard pool, deck, BBQ and landscaping are new as of March '21, offering the latest in technology including all of the lighting and pool functions run off a simple app on the phone provided at the house. We're huge foodies (former employees of Bon Appetit and Martha Stewart Living) so you're sure to enjoy the fully appointed kitchen with every imaginable pot, pan, utensil, mixing bowl and gadget you'll need, from a rechargeable mini-chopper to an Instapot pressure cooker, and a countertop bullet ice-maker. The GE stovetop even has a cast iron griddle for those pancake breakfast mornings. In addition to the King, Queen and twin beds in the bedrooms, there's a bonus room off the kitchen featuring a sleeper sofa, which is perfect for the kids. The bonus room and bedrooms are all carpeted in a deep pile shag for comfort and quiet, while the rest of the house is floored with cool gray ceramic tile, creating a sleek look and easy cleanup. And if you happen to overindulge on vacation, there's a fitness-club-quality full-sized elliptical machine in the bonus room to help work off those excess margaritas. The fenced-in yard is pet-friendly, and there's even a couple of ultra-exclusive Ledge Loungers for relaxing on the two tanning shelves in the expansive heated pool. NOTE: for the months of Nov. - Jan. there will be an additional $150 charge per week to heat the pool; no charge to heat the spa. The side yard features a patio cover for daytime shade, complete with string lights and a multispeed ceiling fan for comfortable outdoor evening dining at the 8-person dining table.
