(Our driveway is gravel with an incline. Please keep that in mind when considering what type of vehicle you are bringing. Also note, we cannot control the weather; rain and snow can affect the driveway by making it muddy, snow covered, or icy. We do our best with our tractor to maintain the driveway to the best of our abilities and will typically stay on property during snowstorms and heavy rainstorms to ensure our guests can still come and go.) * Fireplace are turned off from Spring to Fall (Est. March to October) * We do have 2 game cams at the entrance of the property only; we like to keep up with the wildlife and still hoping one day we could catch a black bear on it. * Our current wildlife throughout the year consists of wild turkeys, deer, grey foxes, racoons, snakes, birds and owls. * Smoking and vaping of any kind is allowed only outside please. * Interested in some "tread lightly" trail rides with your 4x4 vehicle, please reach out, we love to show our guests a great time! * All pets are to be kenneled when left alone and not allowed on furniture. (2 pet limit) * Right down the road from us is the Lavendar Farm, Kings River, Kings River Outfitter for Kayaking, Keel Creek Horse Trail Rides, and Keels Creek Vineyard. * Per our wonderful reviews, customer service and communication are our number one priority, we want to make sure you have a wonderful, relaxing time. Jo Guest access Guests have access to the whole property (except for the top part where posted "no trespassing, employees only" signs are, guests have access to the fire pit gathering area. We have owned the cabins for 5 years now and still have so much in the works. we are working on cutting hiking trails, revamping the wet weather creek spring located on the side of this particular cabin, and building a gazebo and privacy fence for this cabin to install an outdoor hot tub along the creek/spring. (Water heater closets are off limits, locked and for maintenance only) Other things to note We offer boat and trailer parking at the bottom of the property. We suggest hitch locks and to be cautious when we have bad weather.
