Townhouse in Tybee Island

Discover our bright, cheerful home, curated for families and groups wanting stress-free comfort on the quieter end of the island! Enjoy our well-equipped kitchen, and relax on the spacious deck while you watch the traffic go by. Only a short walk (0.122 miles to be exact!) to the Byers St. boardwalk (North Beach), where you can watch dolphins play, and giant container ships go by. Everywhere on the island is only a short drive or bike ride. Our home is the perfect base for your Tybee adventure! The space Townhouse with one adjoining unit. Approximately 1150 sq ft. The townhome is not directly on the beach. We are approximately 0.120 miles (325 steps) from the Byers Street beach boardwalk. We are located directly on Hwy 80, the only road onto the island. There is road noise on the deck. Living area- Open plan living room / kitchen, 55" ROKU TV. No cable. Kitchen- If you need it we probably have it. Spices, oil, coffee (usually!) and coffee supplies are in the cabinets for your convenience. PLEASE NOTE that while the fridge is cleaned between guests, there may be condiments or food in the fridge or freezer as well as in the pantry. Feel free to use or ignore! No dining room or dining table. Primary Bedroom-King bed with Casper mattress. En suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. Spacious closet, charging stations. Corner desk and chair. Large walk-in closet. 50” ROKU TV. 2nd Bedroom- King bed with Purple mattress, 40” ROKU TV 3rd Bedroom- Two twin beds, no TV 2nd Bath- Full bathroom with single vanity, tub/shower combo Outdoors- Spacious front deck for watching the sunset. Because the deck faces Hwy 80 there is traffic and noise. Parking: EV charger available. Garage parking for 1-2 cars depending on car size. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars depending on car size. Large trucks do not fit in the garage. Exterior shower (not private) on the side of the home. Guest access The entire side of the townhouse is yours; please respect your next door neighbors' space by staying on the "A" side of the townhomes. Please park beyond the yellow signs. Other things to note Supplies: We provide trash bags, at least one roll of paper towels, at least two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. We do our best to keep these items stocked; however if you run out during your stay, we do not have anyone available to replenish these items. We have a selection of beach toys, chairs, towels and an umbrella for you. Unfortunately things sometimes get broken and go missing, so we can’t guarantee what will be there on arrival. Please let us know if we need to replace anything! We have a weekly lawn service that may be there during your stay. They usually work for 15-30 minutes. We have external pest control who sprays outside including on the deck and in the garage that you may see during your stay.
