Welcome to The Lincoln Manor! Our newly renovated home is the perfect place for your group whether its family vacation, friends reunion or bachelor/bachelorette trip. We are in a prime location with only 3 minutes to Walmart, Restaurants, etc One of my favorite things about this home is the fenced in back yard with a campfire area, Hot tub and lots of string lights to make it feel like home. We also have a deck that is level with the main floor of the home with outdoor seating and dining. The space SPACE INCLUDES: - Kitchen has Basics for cooking and baking provided - (2) 55" Smart Tvs - Electric Fireplace in Main Living Room - Hot Tub - Kids Toy Room - Campfire Area HOME LAYOUT: When walking through the front door you can either go up 6 steps to the main floor or go down 7 steps to the basement. Main Floor: -Kitchen -Dining room -Living room with 55" Smart Tv -Sliding doors to go out to the deck -Master Bedroom and attached Full Bath #1 -Bedroom #2 -Bedroom #3 -Main Full Bathroom #2 Basement: -Living room w/ 55" Smart Tv -Foosball table -Kids toy room -Bedroom #4 -Bathroom #3 -Laundry room. Guest access You have access to the entire home except for the garage. Other things to note **Keep in mind since this home is located along Rt 30 so there is potential for traffic noise. We have a noise maker in the hallway closet for you to use if needed. **Specific amenities we are providing to get you started: Bedding for each Bed Towels and Washcloths (# on reservation) Roll of Paper Towels Bottle of Dish Soap 2-3 Dishwasher Pods Sponge 2 Trash Bags Coffee (Medium Roast) 1 packet Coffee (Decaf) 1 packet 6 K-cups 2-3 Laundry Detergent pods 2 Rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom Bath essentials - Body soap, shampoo & conditioner *But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need* **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
