This 2-bedroom apartment features one king and one queen bedroom, offering a restful layout for couples, friends, or small families. The open-concept living area is inviting, with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing your favorite meals, a breakfast counter for your morning coffee, and a cozy living space with a SmartTV and a private Netflix account for your entertainment. The apartment offers a comfortable full bathroom and ample closet and dresser space in both bedrooms, whether you’re here for a short stay or an extended retreat. Step outside to your private patio, where you can enjoy seating, outdoor cooking, and peaceful countryside views. Relax with a book, sip your drink, or simply take in the fresh air as the golden fields and surrounding nature create a tranquil backdrop. Come experience the perfect balance of tranquility and comfort. Guest access Both parking lots lead to a secured entry door with your code to get in. The laundry room has 3 sets of machines with guest detergent and dryer sheets. The Ice Machine offers ice bags and buckets to utilize as you wish. The Snack Shack provides those convenient quick treats along with our fresh produce, farm fresh free range eggs, and morning energy. Stroll the 4 acres through our walking path and around our coop, housing turkeys, ducks, chickens, and Peacocks. Don't forget to stop on top the roof-deck bus for the gorgeous sunsets here at Center Hill. Check out our huge garden and pick fresh produce if the season is right. You may find some fresh apples to gnaw on. No Matter the apartment you've selected, you'll have a nearby firepit and firewood right off your private patio. Other things to note As with any country setting, the bugs are a natural part of the ecosystem and can be plentiful certain times of the year. We do not use any pesticides or foggers with all our "pets" in the yard. Please understand that we take pride in the control of unwanted pests inside the building, but have very little control of the pests outside. Also, we may be proactively upgrading multiple amenities, or an apartment at the property. Please forgive any tools or items in common areas as they are in the midst of being used and moved to continue improving the building.
