Full furnished. My Studio is located in a quiet residential street in summer hill. Brand new and high quality studio apartment. This gorgeous ,bright,spacious studio with new and modern look. Great for couple and students Close to Sydney CBD/Sydney university and RPA and newtown (10-15 minutes driving) The space Features: - Sunny, spacious open plan living - Ducted Air-conditioning + heating - Well equipped kitchen with gas cooktop - Luxurious bathroom - Smart TV - Private access to your own combo washer/dryer - Free Wi-Fi - Free street parking These amenities are available on request (Normally not kept in the apartment): - Baby cot + high chair - Vacuum cleaner - Iron + ironing board The studio is set up with a queen bed as standard. - Groups of 3 will be given an extra single bed - Groups of 2 can request an extra single bed for a small set up fee Other things to note ! No parties allowed. !No noise music !Pets are not permitted. ! There is absolutely No smorking permitted in unit and balcony. !No guests inside the home that are not on the reservation without written consent. If guest want to invite visitors.(maximum 2 people and limited time only Guest need to send visitors name . but from 10PM No visitors in unit( Please let them go ) Anytime over 4 people in unit will get vacating notice with no refund. ( we are happy to host our guests. But some of guests book my unit for group gathering.) I experienced one of guest booked my unit as 1. And we found 35 people was in unit .. Building manager live in the building. So we can find that easily . 99% guests are so lovely. But 1% are not..
