I have a bedroom available for 1 person with an attached private bathroom and walk-in closet. The common areas such as the living room and the kitchen are available for use. Walking distance from the Hermann Park (5 min), zoo and the Museum District light rail station (20 min), Rice University (30 min), ONLY 1 MILE FROM TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER, and 10 min drive to NRG stadium. You can reach downtown/discovery green in 15 min from the rail station and avoid parking hassles. Welcome to Houston! The space The private room is on the third floor in a 3 bedroom townhome. It is the master bedroom of the house and has a large walk-in closet as well as a private attached bathroom with a Jacuzzi Tub. Common living room as well as the kitchen are located on the second floor and shared with other guests. A mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker is provided in the room. A garage space for a small to medium size car is available but please inquire in advance as it is reserved on a first come first served basis and maybe reserved for another guest. We can be reached using our cellphone numbers directly or via WhatsApp. Other things to note All the three rooms in the townhome are on Airbnb. Therefore, please expect to share the common spaces with other guests. We request all guests to be considerate of each other when using those spaces. Please be mindful of noise and help in keeping the common areas clean. There is a garage parking space available for a car up to a small SUV on first come first serve basis. Please enquire about it in advance if parking is essential. Street parking spots (first come first served) are also available cross the street from our driveway and down the street.
